Briefing · 4–6 weeks beforeA detailed conversation: running order with times, programme items, speeches, honours, video clips, musical direction, no-gos, audience structure, technical requirements and on-site contact. The result is a written running order that you sign off on.
Venue CoordinationSet-up and load-out times, delivery and access, power supply, volume restrictions and curfews, spatial layout and lift dimensions are coordinated directly with your venue – not delegated back to you. A pre-visit on request.
Event DaySet-up with time buffer, soundcheck with every speaker before guests arrive, coordination with the caterer and other suppliers, execution according to the running order – with the flexibility to react correctly in the moment. Followed by a swift, considerate load-out.
After the EventInvoice with correct VAT statement, with cost centre and PO number on request. Photo booth gallery via cloud link the following day. And a short follow-up on what went well and what could be even better.
