Why does an incentive or kick-off need its own DJ?
In multi-day corporate formats, team spirit doesn’t emerge in the conference room – it emerges in the evening. But that’s exactly where the risk lies.
After eight hours of programme, the group is tired, yet the evening is supposed to be the highlight of the day. An experienced DJ reads whether a group still has energy or needs to be built back up – and doses accordingly. The second advantage is logistics: a single provider covering music, presentation sound, hosting technology and the evening party across every day replaces three separate vendors and several rounds of coordination.
